I had a fantastic experience at this salon! As a walk-in, I was greeted warmly and promptly by Jess at the front. Unsure of what exactly I wanted with my hair, but knowing I had to do something, she offered suggestions that were not only helpful but that would work for me & my hair type. I left feeling beautiful and very pleased! I will be back and would recommend her and this beautiful salon to anyone.

Went in to the salon about a week ago to get a haircut. I did not have an appointment so I was nervous that they were going to be too busy to take me. However, I was pleasently greeted by a hairdresser named Jess who said she would more than happy to cut my hair. She asked for the style I wanted and I was more than pleased with how it came out. Jess went above and beyond to make my salon experience great and she was exceptional. I recommend this salon to anyone and I will definitely be back in the future. Thank you Jess for your amazing service, you are awesome.

This is the only place I will go for any and all of my salon needs! The staff is so friendly and I know I can always count on a professional yet welcoming atmosphere. All who work there are always so accommodating to my desires, but my stylist, Jessica, is one of the best. I have been a loyal customer of Giogi Salon for the past three years and I would never go anywhere else. Thank you for having the best salon on the North Shore!

If I could give a 0 stars I would. This was the most unpleasant and uncomfortable 45 seconds of my life. Seeing from the street a sign that says walk-ins welcome I walked into an empty hair salon (1 person). The women who must of just had someone sit down in her one chair filled seemed more than unpleasantly annoyed that I was a walk in and I asked if they had time for a men’s cut. Without giving me the time of day, another women yells from the back “I got it”. Recognizing this girl from elementary school I was more than friendly with a hi as she approached me. I got the biggest eye roll and puss face I have ever encountered. Like I said there was no one in there.. She asked “what do I want” I then again asked for a quick men’s undercut, again she shrugged and said maybe a couple of hours. I said never mind, have a great day.. And received a YUP response. Business is business and the attitude from this girl by the name of Jess was more than unpleasant and immature. Maybe the salon would be more filled if they had a friendly welcoming staff or a staff willing to work. I walked to Zolos downtown and was more than openly accepted and welcomed instantly and immedtaily sat down in the chair, as my haircut takes no more than 6 MINUTES. Unprofessional and unwelcoming.
