My tech Kathy was polite but the skill is just not there. My gel mani looks like a beginner did it. You also get more for your money at other salons. I got a basic pedicure which means they put your feet in warm water. That’s it. And the the same for the manicure. Most likely will only return here in a last minute situation.

I hate to do this but my experience today was just AWFUL. The lady that did my nails had a NASTY attitude and she filed my nails so hard she cut my fingers. All I asked was if she could change my polish color. She proceeded to paint my nails without base coat (I had to bring this to her attention), and while I was getting my fingernails painted she mumbled something under her breath to her coworker after I said “ouch” when she filed my fingernails too hard. She didn’t even let the timer go off to finish drying my nails. That’s the second time I’ve had this experience with that one nail technician. She sat in chair #3 and painted my nails color #134 and had on the dark shirt with a ring on her left middle finger. I came in around 230pm. I will NOT be coming back. Be kind or don’t work in customer service.

Very rude nail techs. Thought I found a new go to nail place I loved. I have been there quite a few times now, but I had to hold back tears in the middle of my manicure the other day because a nail tech was being very rough with my hand after I told her I had broken it in the past and it caused me pain. Then proceeds to go off on me because I “didn’t soak my nails off correctly and I was taking too long”. I thought i was paying YOU? She proceeds to touch my phone “

I can’t say enough good stuff about this place I got a pedicure in a full set the lady that did my nails her name was Joy that was probably the best pedicure I’ve ever had my nails look amazing my toes look amazing and I’ll top of that every person that works there is really nice I’ve been to a lot of nail shops and I was treated poorly like they didn’t need my business that’s not the case here they treat you very well and it’s really clean and a nice place to go
