Nicole is an ANGEL!! I started seeing her in February & expressed all my skin concerns. I’ve had acne since I was 12 & have always been discouraged by it. I tried everything & nothing seemed to work. Nicole is super sweet & has encouraged me through the process of clearing my skin. Not only are her products she sells amazing for your skin & are clean products, but they actually work!! Nicole will specifically create a skincare regimen based on your specific needs & skincare goals. In addition to using the skincare line she sells, I also get chemical peels that help with acne & scarring. For so long I wasn’t confident enough to go without makeup in public, but because of Nicole, that has all changed!! My skin has never looked better & I’m so grateful. The bad review on here is bogus. Nicole is amazing!! I started seeing her around the end of September last year for hormonal acne that was affecting my self confidence. I had tried EVERYTHING, as I’m 27. She put me on an at-home regimen that I’ve been following as well as chemical peel treatments and extractions with her every couple weeks. I have not only seen a 90% clearance in my acne, but my melasma is seeing improvement too! Which I wasn’t even trying to treat. I would 10/10 recommend Nicole to any of my family and friends for skin services. Not just related to acne. She’s very knowledgeable on products and skin types. Also supplements for skin to heal from the inside out.

This was not the experience or services that I expected. In this case, a facial service was requested, but several of the typical services were not provided. Following the conclusion of the service Ms.McGinnis explained those services were not provided to limit COVID exposures, perhaps this should have been disclosed prior to service to manage expectations. In my past experience there is a facial and décolletage massage, these were services were omitted, which was disappointing. Ms. McGinnis seemed very kind and professional; however this was not the ambiance or experience anticipated, nor previously encountered.

Nicole is AWESOME!! she pays attention to detail and makes sure she’s getting the right product for your skin! She is excellent at her job! I believe its truly her gift! My skin has never looked so good! She has helped my acne when nothing else helped and now she is helping me with facials to minimize wrinkling, etc..
