Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI’m tired of wasting my gas driving to this location and not being informed of schedule changes. I bought 11 sessions of some sort of body sculpting. I heard it works when you get them back to back. I haven’t seen a difference because my sessions are like two weeks apart because they cancel on me. I had an appointment on Monday waited almost an hour and found out later they no longer work on Monday but I got no call. Also, they take forever to return your call. Absolutely ridiculous!!! I’m tired of wasting my gas driving to this location and not being informed of schedule changes. I bought 11 sessions of some sort of body sculpting. I heard it works when you get them back to back. I haven’t seen a difference because my sessions are like two weeks apart because they cancel on me. I had an appointment on Monday waited almost an hour and found out later they no longer work on Monday but I got no call. Also, they take forever to return your call. Absolutely ridiculous!!! I just want to get my last 5 sessions done and be done with this place. I’m already driving far.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI purchased a Groupon and booked my first service last Thursday. I purchased additional Groupon items (but she told me not to do it through Groupon but I had to do it through them). Upon arriving Jenny let me know she was running 20 minutes late and I asked that next time if they could call me it would help because I was driving 1 hour to them. Today I went for my second session, me and three other ladies waiting in the waiting room for 20 minutes before Jenny come up – that wasn’t a problem because I was there 40 minutes early. Then Jenny tells me she’s running behind again. I said that I wanted to start seeing someone else because I was driving so far and doing it as part of a lunch break that I couldn’t wait every time. She got aggravated and asked me to go ahead and book my upcoming appointment with her, I politely declined and she said fine you can leave. Refused my second service for my initial Groupon package. I started out to the car when she chased me out the door yelling at me and cussing. I wrote other reviews and have tried contacting the business and they are blocking me on everything. I am highly upset for the way I was treated, I was harassed, I was threatened and now I have to fight to get my $$$ back because she refused service to me. Worst experience I have ever had. Do NOT buy anything from them- they are scammers and unprofessional. I purchased a Groupon and booked my first service last Thursday. I purchased additional Groupon items (but she told me not to do it through Groupon but I had to do it through them). Upon arriving Jenny let me know she was running 20 minutes late and I asked that next time if they could call me it would help because I was driving 1 hour to them. Her friendliness drew me in right away. She explains that she’s the massage therapist and she’s also a nurse and the doctor is the owner of the spa. Safe deal, right? She left the part out that she’s also a fraud. The location described on Groupon is close to 285 and is in a decent location close to Sandy Springs. Here’s the bait + switch. Turns out this place is called Reveal Laser Spa and she’s located in Alpharetta. She explained that the “doctor” decided to move it to one location because “he” was getting more business in one location over the other. Anyway I drove an HOUR away more than once to get my massages. TWO hour drive round trip. I called to reschedule an appointment because of a conflict with my schedule at work. If you don’t schedule your appointments before you leave, you will completely get pushed to the side. Big mistake. (But not really because my Spirit knew that something wasn’t right). After filing a claim with my bank to get my money back, you mean that you called back ONLY after a claim was filed against you??? – 10 days later. Not only has she ignored my calls and my sister’s calls and emails, but her Lymphatic Drainage Massages advertised are NOT legitimate due to the fact that she is NOT a Licensed Massage Therapist in GA. I had a major surgery that requires Lymphatic Drainage Massages and thought I was getting them from a trained licensed massage therapist when I was not. A big lie. I was scammed. She claims that Reveal Laser Spa is owned by a doctor and it is not. I never asked for that information. The more she said it the more I felt uneasy and knew that something wasn’t right. It’s owned by you, Jennifer Major. More lies.This is not ok and I’m very disappointed that I trusted her as we all trust health and medical professionals and did not receive the proper service that I paid for.She put my health and healing at risk. Verify with your medical team exactly what these massages should be like.I’m not one to EVER knock anyone’s hustle, but the negative reviews tell a tale of some of the challenges you MIGHT encounter if you choose to do business with Reveal Laser Spa. I should’ve read trusted the negative reviews. Many of them are consistent with the challenges I experienced. Believe every single one of them, because everyone can’t be lying. Jenny has bitten off way more than she can chew and her business practices lack integrity and wreak of deception.Please, please be careful!
