Giving a four star only because the front desk could use some work. Most are pleasant but I wouldn’t say “friendly”, I had to ask several times for my name to be corrected, and there was a scheduling issue that wasn’t really corrected, I just had to make it work. My cool sculpting experience was good, Summer was very professional and kind. She explained the experience very well so I knew what to expect.

Found this place on groupon Bought a Groupon for 100 units of dysport, had a additional 40 put in the day of visit, had to go back in and 50 more was placed. So a total of 190 units of dysport. I normally only get 100 at other places and my face is totally fine. Idk if they dilute it down to make you buy more or what’s going on with this place but I will not ever go back here. They was nice enough to take 50 percent off the 50 units my last visit but I feel like I was totally got from this place. The staff is super friendly and the office is gorgeous and that’s the only reason why I give them 3 stars. Even the doc thought it was was weird I still had movement cause I’m pretty sure 190 units isn’t normal. It’s way too much and I get this stuff on a regular basis so I know. Maybe i got a bad batch the first time who really knows but I will definitely not go back here. The 50 units in my opinion should of been free.

It was great most places try to sell you on this or that especially with the fact I used a Groupon but they were super relaxed not pushy they listened to my concerns and discussed what products would be beneficial for each issue. I would definitely recommend them the nurse and doctor worked hand and hand seamlessly
