Critical: Quality, ValueWould never return for a hair color!I went to get balayage done and to cover up some gray hair. I was told I need a root touch for gray hair even though I had only a hand full of gray hair but that’s okay. My first experience had been good, she took enough time and paid attention throughout, however after it was all done there wasn’t any difference overall may be Bcz of the color I picked so that’s also okay. My scalp was black from the root touch up. Then when I was done I noticed I still had a bunch of gray hair left on the inside and some in the crown area! After paying so much I was not satisfied so went to reve again to let them know. They were accommodating and gave me another appointment to fix it however my experience for the second visit was very bad. I was asked to come in with another client so waited with the color on for so long with no one to check on me. Anyway after it was all done, guess what I still had the same gray hair right in the crown. I had such a great experience here with getting a cut and style from April. I have thick, curly hair and it is difficult finding a hair stylist who can work with my hair. April did a fantastic job with my hair and she was extremely knowledgable about caring for curly hair. My cut took longer than the time allotted, and she still finished my blow out and made it look seamless. She recommended really great products as well! I loved my experience and would recommend her to anyone with curly hair!

Disappointed towels have been eliminated. Hair and nail services, glorified paper towels are used, spa table is a rubber mat with a gyno paper pulled over it. Miss the warm towels. Please bring back the towels!

Worst customer service! Lost my gift card but they found it in the computer but are charging me $10 to “reissue” a plastic card I’m going to hand back over in 30 minutes. And they charge an extra $15 if your gel polish is from a different salon. I stopped coming here years ago because of the terrible service and only came back b/c of a gift card. Will never come back again!
