Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWhether I go or call, they are either not there or they don’t pick up (been there 3 times and they are closed although online it shows they’re open, called several times didn’t pickup). The time they finally picked up I was able to set an appointment. The lady was very nice I’ll give them that, but the service was horrible, I asked for a blunt cut below shoulders and I got my hair cut different lengths all around as if a little kid cut my hair. Whether I go or call, they are either not there or they don’t pick up (been there 3 times and they are closed although online it shows they’re open, called several times didn’t pickup).
