Had an appointment with Miranda Ramirez. Showed her 3 different pictures of how I wanted it highlighted. $100 later it looks horrible. Hardly any highlights and the color is a horrible light brown. Not even CLOSE to what I wanted. Contacted her requesting half of my money back but no response. Next move is the licensing board.
