Tracey and her assistant are incredibly welcoming, professional, well-versed in every product and procedure, and she explains everything thoroughly. She goes over a game plan before anything even begins and always asks along the way if there are any questions or concerns. The studio is absolutely adorable, so quaint and incredibly CLEAN.
