Critical: PunctualityI had my appointment at 10 AM she did not get there on time , my mother had her appointment at 11 am and my mother got there a little late because she has kids to deal with and the lady decide to accept someone else instead, also I did not get the hair that I wanted she gave me highlights instead of a balayage and charged me 250 and said that she lowed the price but at another salon they charged me 190 .
