Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWent for the first time and I absolutely loved it! The atmosphere is very welcoming when you walk in and they even offer you a beverage when you get there. My stylist was Sarah and she was amazing. I felt very comfortable with her and she genuinely cared about what she was doing and took extra steps to make everything just perfect. She cut about 8 inches off my hair and did highlights which was a big change for me and it turned out amazing! She pays a lot of attention to detail in everything that she does. She is very warm and friendly and I felt like I had known her for years before I left. One thing that was awesome was their hair wash sinks, normally when I go get my hair done and get it washed I end up with a bad tension headache from having my neck rest on the edge of the sink but theirs were really comfortable and I had no neck pain and no headache after my hair appointment! Their salon is decorated with retro decor and you really feel like you have gone retro while you are there. I loved all of the decor they had displayed, even what was in the bathroom which was of course really clean. Went for the first time and I absolutely loved it! The atmosphere is very welcoming when you walk in and they even offer you a beverage when you get there. My stylist was Sarah and she was amazing. I felt very comfortable with her and she genuinely cared about what she was doing and took extra steps to make everything just perfect.
