ANGIE! Had the best haircut I’ve had in years there with Angie. She was professional, sweet, and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend her. I’ve heard mixed reviews about this place, but I had a wonderful experience and really love to support local shops downtown.

First time, had my hair cut and styled by Priscilla. It was nice to have someone so passionate and professional work on my hair. Came out of it with a cut that I love! The interior is so fun, almost industrial minimalism with a little retro flair, and the staff were so nice!

I would like to update my review to reflect that Jenna did refund my $45 tip. She said she did not charge me for the cut (I wonder why), so the $105 will not be reimbursed as that was the cost for the highlight. I guess she does not feel financially responsible to correct HER “MISTAKE”. I am happy that Jenna does such amazing hair for everyone. Unfortunately, I recently found out that this was by no means a mistake. Such an amazing, experienced hair dresser does not make this kind of mistake. Tbh, I would have rather she had just declined service. This was very juvenile and vindictive. I did find a great a reputable hair stylist that was able to blend the shelf of hair on my left side but it is still ebarrassing and ruined for the time being. Due to the motive behind this, I will be taking other actions of recourse through the state board. Pictures don’t lie.

Critical: ProfessionalismI scheduled an appointment for 9am. And five minutes before I get there, I get a text that my appointment has been cancelled. I tell Jenna I’m almost there and they cancel. Prior to FIVE MINUTES they never text me,, but right before my appointment, they cancel last minute. What the hell is that? According to other reviews I’ve read, this is a huge issue this salon has.
