If you find that after a hard workout that you are feeling a bit sore or something just doesn’t feel right get with Crystal Minton and let that lady get you right. As a power lifter I have sore back, shoulders and knees all the time Crystal has gone out of her way to keep me going even when I want to stop, she is alway ready to work on my problem areas when ever they pop up.
