This owner is beyond unprofessional. I went there one time to get my hair done, the owner walks in on the phone all loud and obnoxious, cursing, and carrying on and it was just annoying. The pictures make the shop look oh so nice so you would think the towels would be nice towels right? WRONG! The towels were teary cloth and probably older than me. I’m paying this kind of money for a service and you can’t even have decent, clean looking towels for around my neck? The owner gossips so much and doesn’t care who’s around and when I try to get my hair done, it’s my time to relax. Instead I’m feeling uncomfortable listening to this woman cackling on the phone (couldn’t imagine how her client actually felt) and cursing up a storm. Honestly, she just gave me the ghetto vibe. I try to support black business but it’s hard in situations like this. I’ve spoken to a couple of ppl I know that have gone there and they have had similar stories , oh AND she has an attitude problem. She thinks she’s high and mighty because she’s the owner and believes she knows best. Never going back and I know at least 5 ppl that feel the same. Doubt the business will last very long. She needs to work on her professionalism and customer service. I honestly hope she sees this and responds because I want to see how she will handle negative criticism
