I have been going to the Restore Massage Studio for about a year as needed and I love it. I had massages with Kally and Jacky, they have been super professional. They always ask me how I feel and what to focus on per each visit. I do heavy strength training on the regular basis so deep tissue massage is my number one option. Restore is the best place in town, and I highly recommend it.

This place is amazing. From the relaxing and soothing ambience to the friendly and accommodating staff, I will no longer be going anywhere else for my massages! I want to specifically call out my massage therapist, Lauren F. She is the perfect balance of professional and friendly (I, for one, do not like to chat throughout the duration of what is supposed to be a relaxing experience). Lauren is warm and welcoming and made sure to check-in with me periodically during my massage, but did not make me feel pressured to carry on with small talk throughout the service. She also was able to focus on the areas I specified during our brief consultation. Lastly, this studio has a very personalized feel to it, unlike bigger chains, which I really appreciated. It really felt like each room was hand-decorated by staff members! I left feeling relaxed and “restored” and will be returning very soon.

Restore is an amazing place. My wife and I have been using them for over a year on a friends recommendation. Great facilities (request the tower), super professional staff. Like lots of people, I exercise a lot and building Restore into my routine has helped with recovery and regaining range of motion in my shoulders; chronic back issues no longer an issue! If you are serious about fitness check them out.

This is the first time i have ever written a review (good or bad) in my life, but i feel it is necessary to make this information known. Started off the experience making it known I am a college athlete who needs a deep tissue massage in upper back. The lady starts off gently rubbing my entire back for 20 minutes with no actual purpose, not once asking me how I felt about the pressure. It felt like I was getting my back rubbed by my 90 year old grandma. I then made it clear that I needed the pressure to be significantly harder. She went harder for 2 minutes and then took the remainder of the time to massage my arms (why? I don’t know, she clearly had NO idea what she was doing). I genuinely almost broke down in tears during the massage because of how bad it was. I have never been to a place that is this unprofessional with their services and didn’t even ask me how it felt during or after the massage. Hours later and my back is even worse off then it started. I have been having muscle spasms way more frequently than i was before this experience. Highly do not recommend this studio, the lady (Lauren F) was so unprofessional and rude and she clearly has no understanding of customer service. I was shocked i was not asked once throughout the massage how it feels. I genuinely am so disappointed and i hope this salon improves their services by getting more friendly and accommodating staff. Save the $140. Not worth it. Having extreme muscle spasms 12 hours later and there is even a more significant build up of knots in my upper back.
