I had several procedures with mostly disappointing results. Customer service was outstanding the first time…However, the next subsequent interactions were non existent. There was no follow up and their once terrific customer relations took a drastic turn. That said, these procedures are a mixed bag so have realistic expectations.

Today marks six months since the first of my two procedures. It won’t be until February of 2023 that my results are considered complete, but I can already say that this is the best money I’ve ever spent. I’m 52 years old and my hair started thinning in my early to mid thirties. Six months ago, on the day of my first procedure, I was completely bald. Today, my hair in the front (first procedure) looks like it did in my twenties. I fully expect the hair on top (second procedure, which was done three months later) to look the same by late July.

I went through the second phase of my two part procedure recently, and the entire process was actually quite enjoyable. The doctor explained the process for the day, and he began. The two and sometimes three technicians working on harvesting and inserting the grafts were efficient, very pleasant to talk with, and with to occasionally share a chuckle. I had very little discomfort, and to anyone considering the procedure, it’s easy, relatively painless, and it works.

This is my second go around with Restore Hair. Both procedures were five star with five star results!
