My friends and I spent the day with Nadia and her team and really enjoyed our wellness experience. From the first call to inquire about services available, I was met with impeccable customer service and flexibility. To the rose of appreciation we all received as we left the building. PHENOMENAL SERVICE!!! My deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed to get the knots and kinks out. Nadia was patient with me as I tensed up and helped me relax. The facials were great also. The hand and foot soak and massage was relaxing. We even had light refreshments and decor. All very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this business to any visitor to Massanutten Resort.
