I go to Marcus. I’ve been seeing him for over a year now. I’m always happy to see how it turns out. Today I went in for just a consultation so that he had a visual of how my hair is currently and we could reference color swatches. I have all the confidence in him, so much so my husband started seeing him and we will be taking our daughter soon. He enjoys what he does and he’s always a delight to see.

After leaving in tears I had to leave my feedback…. I have long hair and always have. I have very little time to get my hair cut, after calling to to schedule an appointment for that day (specifically asked if there were openings…) I was told by the gentleman I could be in at 2:45. I asked to have my dead ends cut and it would take 3-4 inches (after waiting for 40min after 2:45). The man cut more than 4 inches off right off the bat after his coworker had to take on his job to wash my hair because he thought he could juggle a cut and a dye on 2 people…
