Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThis was my first time getting lip fillers and the experience provided by the Restoration MedSpa staff made it seamless, comfortable, and (almost) painless – they were able to fit me in 2 days after I called for the consultation, which also included getting the injections same-day! Nikki, their fantastic Physician’s Assistant, was an absolute godsend for a first-timer like me. She is such a sweet, comforting and knowledgable person – she walked me through the procedure step by step, informing me along the way. During the procedure, she was sure to talk me through how she was giving me my desired result. There was mild to moderate pain from the Juvederm injection itself, but she was soothing and even provided me a device to distract me from the procedure. 24 hours later, I have yet to experience any bruising or swelling – just an occasional tingle and the awkward feeling of something new/foreign in your mouth (will just take getting used to like any other dental work). This was my first time getting lip fillers and the experience provided by the Restoration MedSpa staff made it seamless, comfortable, and (almost) painless – they were able to fit me in 2 days after I called for the consultation, which also included getting the injections same-day!
