Shannon is the most knowledgeable massage therapist I have ever seen. She has been working wonders on my neck and shoulders which have caused me problems for many years.

I have been a client for the past 5 years. Shannon is a good listener and evaluates the type of massage and technique needed based on how you feel that day and/or any problem areas. I try to see Shannon once a month as I have some acute areas that need her attention. She is efficient at her work, communicates clearly and let’s you decide if you want to chat during your session or just be quiet and listen to the gentle music. I highly recommend her for any type of massage you need. Once you see her, you will not need to look anywhere else for a massage therapist.

Shannon is a very skilled practitioner who works holistically to address your overall health. She is readily able to diagnose root causes for pain/discomfort and alleviate by focusing not only on the immediate area, but also the surrounding areas which contribute. I’ve worked with several massage therapists and it’s Shannon’s knowledge, skill and demeanor that sets her apart from the rest. I highly recommend!

If you’re looking for an extremely caring, knowledgeable and trustworthy massage therapist…look no further. Shannon’s skill is complemented with an intuition that guides her to find the source of trouble spots. Her techniques allow her to work deep where necessary and lighter touch to relax. In addition to all this…Shannon is simply a sincere, calming and upstanding person. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough great things about Shannon and her massage therapy skills! The first time I met her was at another massage center after I was in a car accident. I’ve been to MANY LMTs over the years and I could tell that she knew her stuff. At one point she worked on me every day for a few weeks trying to relieve my pain. It hurt, but it worked. One day I had an appt. at that other massage center and was told that she no longer worked there. I promptly quit going there and went on a mission to find her. I wanted Shannon and only Shannon to work on me. Over the years Shannon has brought great relief to my beat up body. I would definitely recommend her!

My husband and I have been seeing Shannon for many years now. She has the ability to be able to tell what type of massage your muscles need. Deep tissue, light massage, soothing relaxing massage or a little of all of them. A talented massage therapist whose hands can really feel what your muscles need.

Shannon is the best Massage Therapist I’ve ever worked with. After reconstructive surgery on both shoulders, following an automobile accident, she worked with me and my Physical Therapist to help me recover. I would highly recommend Shannon to anyone!

Shannon is one of the best and most knowledgeable LMPs I have ever been to, and I found her through my physical therapist. She has been a huge asset during my broken ankle recovery, and her expertise has helped relieve ongoing hip and leg issues resulting from 3 months in a boot cast. Can’t say enough good things!

I have been visiting Shannon for last 4 years or so after being referred by my chiropractor. I do fair amount of weightlifting/crossfit/tennis and she has helped me recover consistently from soreness and work with me for rehab. She is technically proficient in identifying tight muscles and doing right amount of work to relax them. I have gone through active sessions as well where she pinned the muscle and made me move to actively engage to stretch it out for release. 2 best examples are my glute injury (for which I was referred) and then my wrist pain, which she correctly related to my tight forearm. I have had an experience where I ended up with a shoulder injury after a massage somewhere else and Shannon helped me recover from it. To maintain an active lifestyle, both me and my wife get treatment from her and we have referred other friends to her as well!
