I fell VERY hard at work last week, hitting my face, knee, and hip on steel. This on top of 7 months of doing heavy lifting at my job, degenerative disc disorder, fibromyalgia, and being over 45. I could hardly move this week. My body was DONE. After an hour with Mel i feel halfway human again. I could tell she really knew her stuff. She hit all the spots, old and new, without me having to say a word. I’ve never had so many techniques used in one session to get the job done and it DID get the job done. I’m more relaxed than I’ve been in years. I definitely need some more sessions to get completely put back together, but I’m off to a good start. I love that i can book online and that the massage was trailered to my needs. I’ll definitely be coming back for another massage as soon as i can and getting one for my husband.
