Colleen Wagner is absolutely awesome when I Googled the best hair colorist in Santa Rosa that is surely what I got today when I went to have my hair done I got the most wonderful haircut for curly hair and she fixed me up with highlights to help my gray blend into my darker hair which gave me a wonderful salt and pepper look that I absolutely adore I love her I would not go anywhere else and she took her time with me spent several hours and I might say that it was very very affordable compared to other places that you may go to in Santa Rosa but yet this woman knows her chemistry if you need your hair colored you need to go to her. Also I would like to say that her hair salon is so comforting and decorated so warmly it makes you feel so welcome like wonderful and the bathrooms were ultimately clean and decorated beautifully as well even though shared by several Suites no scare of covid dirtiness here at all.
