No words to describe how happy I am to have found Ressam. Nadia always works magic on my hair if it’s a haircut or hair coloring – I always leave 100% satisfied. She always understands exactly what I want & makes my visit at Ressam a pleasant experience. There is no one else I would trust with my hair ! Of course I can’t forget about Nurka who never fails to give me beautiful natural looking eyebrows. I highly recommend Ressam for their high quality services, as well as products that do not damage the hair & great atmosphere!

I got a haircut here about a month ago. I asked for long layers and curtain bangs. They weren’t really the wispy curtain bangs i wanted and my bangs are literally crooked. the left side is shorter than the right side and it looks choppy. not only that but I have naturally wavy hair and all the stylist kept doing was try to convince me to do keratin to straighten my hair. even after i said no he kept on trying to convince me.

Really wanted to love this place the atmosphere was amazing! I asked for a cut baylage, Gurkan used foils for my baylage which at first was a shock to me but said let me trust this process because I’m not experienced, however I showed him a picture of the hair I was looking for he looked acknowledging the cut I wanted and once I was finished my hair was a lot shorter then I intended. The color was way off and everyone around me said it looks nothing like a baylage from there IG photos ( saying he didn’t put the effort ) I was charged 450$ to say I’m disappointed is an understatement just be cautious if your a first timer!! They treat they’re regular’s like family and your kind of pushed off and ignored with what you want even tho your paying top dollar… which I had no problem paying but expected more of a light blonde. & I wanted to tip him! Because I have a good heart and they accidentally forget to put the tip on my card? I feel I was overcharged.

Hello Hassan, bayalage maximum on your website was $250. You charged me $320. I was there for 8 hours. I paid in cash because there is a sign at your register that said save 3%. Even that was not applied. Not only did I not get bayalage, my hair was left burnt (you have the photos) and with a green tint. I went in for my 12:30 appointment (arrived at 12:15 out of courtesy) and was not seen until 1:30. Then you went straight into bleach. No one told me what was going on during the process. I kept telling myself maybe you know what you are doing, because you have a nice instagram. I took an hour and a half train to your salon to be abused. I even thought could it be racism, but I do not want to go there. Your assistant gave me water in a dirty glass with things floating in it. I asked for my money back. I cannot return for you to fix my hair because how can you fix overbleached hair? You would not even look at the photos I tried to show you. I hope the extra money you made will go towards something good at least. One of the worst experience, my entire Sunday gone and pure disappointment. Bad, dishonest business.
