I sent my teenage son to this barber shop (referred by a friend) for a very simple haircut…cut down with it faded on the sides. My son told me that when he got in Mark’s chair, he told him to cut it all down low. We I arrived home, I see my son with a haircut that couldn’t have been the work of a trained professional barber. Not only did Mark NOT cut down the top, he apparently shaved the sides. My son still has the same amount of hair that he left here with. The sides of his cut is super low (bald), without a line. The front of his hawk is a line that drops. For whatever reason, it appears as if he hurried him out of his chair. A piece of advice, it doesn’t matter if your client is a regular or a one timer off the street, they are all PAYING customers and deserve to be serviced the same. Despite satisfactory from previous experiences with other barbers in this shop, I will not allow my son to return. I did contact Mark who offered to fix the cut. No thanks, I’ll take my chances elsewhere.
