Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThis is a hidden gem! I don’t want to write such a raving review because I want to keep this gem to myself. Everything about this place from the staff, the atmosphere, services & products are exquisite! They offer Aveda products, which I love. The waiting room is comfortable & tranquil (picture included, but the space looks brighter than what it is). The flower infused foot soak was incredible relaxing (pictures included). I had a facial with Jalyn & I cannot recommend her enough! She is knowledgeable, friendly & professional. I’m still as calm as a cucumber from my facial which was 4 hours ago. I also appreciate that they support other local, small businesses. If you are looking an amazing spa, look no further than Resoul. I’m looking forward to going back!This is a hidden gem! Everything about this place from the staff, the atmosphere, services & products are exquisite! They offer Aveda products, which I love. The overall experience was fantastic! The sweet smell of Aveda products gently greets you when you first walk in. After you check in, they welcome you with open arms and give you the grand tour of their beautiful spa before you change into a robe and slippers. Put your hair up ladies, grab a cup of tea, which is out of this world, and get cozy. The body treatment, facial and pedicure were all amazing, each with their own delicious smells, unique ambiance and specialized products that leave you totally and completely relaxed. Chelsie, Hlee, and Jalyn were all wonderful! Courteous, friendly, professional, informative…the list goes on and on. I highly recommend Resoul Day Spa to anyone looking for some pampering and relaxation. I spent a lot of time researching Spas in the La Crosse area, searching for that perfect “movie scene” experience and Resoul Day Spa was it. The overall experience was fantastic! The sweet smell of Aveda products gently greets you when you first walk in. I am throwing away all of the Fab Fit Fun and Allure random ones that I use and sticking to this. My skin hasn’t felt this good in months. That is something that I NEVER say in the winter. And the body brush…..YESSSSSSSSSSS!
