So I went to get my nails done and 3 days later there was a spot on both my nails and the dip was cracking I went back in to get it fixed.. JACK told me oh it’s your fault it’s a chemical burn… I asked him how did I get a burn on only my two thumb nails??? He said I don’t know what the customers are into… I said ok just fix it… he rubbed some stuff on top of it and added a clear coat… I asked is it fixed? He said yes you are good now… I said okay and left…. Here we are today another 4 days later and the results are below…. I’ve never had this issue with dip EVER!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR YOUR NAILS… Ann is decent at eyebrows though… however it’s not enough to keep me going… you lost a regular that tips.. ✌

I used to love this place, until today. I went to get my acrylics removed, I said I wanted the nail to be clipped down. The nail tech Vihn proceeds to cut and get too close to the quick of my nail. The tip of the acrylic is hanging on literally by a thread, because he couldn’t get it off. He decided to twist and rip the tip and quick of the nail off on both of my thumbs. He starts using the drill tool to file off the rest of the acrylics and digs it into my pinkie finger nail bed, it is almost down the skin. I had to pull my hand away before there was a hole in my nail bed. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Went to get my nails done with a picture of what I wanted and Lauren did a fantastic job! She made sure to ask me what color, she asked if I liked it before moving on to other fingers and she even told me total price before doing the work which I totally appreciated. They also did a wonderful job with my 6 year old who wanted her nails done for her birthday. Atmosphere and staff were awesome, will be back regularly!

I have gone here for years but that last few times have been very disappointing! especially today! First being that the prices have gotten ridiculous! Just for a pedicure with regular polish was $50! Vihn did my pedicure & I left completely annoyed & very angry! He burned me twice with the hot stones, he used cold towels for the wrap, the tub wasn’t even full enough that the top of my feet weren’t in water, he left paraffin all over my feet/in between my toes, & the polish was thick, chunky, messy, etc.! i will NOT be returning! they have lost a valued customer.

I have been here a few times for pedicures but never a manicure. I always got mixed feelings about people getting manicures here but I had such a wonderful experience. The enviornment was quiet and relaxing, Kim did an amazing job and tried her hardest and succeed in creating the vision I had for my nails! 10/10 would recommend

Kevin is the one who did my nails and I don’t like them. Never cleaned under my nails. Didn’t even shape them right. There not even at all. Definitely not worth $30. Kasey did my pedi and she did an amazing job. I will use Kasey from now on.

I went here the Friday, a week before my homecoming, & two of my acrylics popped off very easy while I was putting on my shoes! I didn’t feel them even come off but I saw them on the floor, which acrylics should hurt a lot when they come off. So I went in to fix them & the nail tech cuz my cuticle. Do not recommend.

This was my second time coming here the first time I came I noticed that it was kind of dusty looking even though it has a newer look but I gave them another chance since I like to shop at the five below the desk person was not friendly the attitude threw me off but I ignored it but the smell of the place captured me it was so clean this time like it looked like it was polished and the seats smelled like fresh orange or maybe fruit I used the bathroom and washed my hands it smelled so very good the soda was flat tasting like the sprite was flat … I got my feet done and I noticed it was super clean. So I will be definitely be returning again. While my nails dried it even had a super clean to like the wood was so shiny I thought it was wet. Another woman an older women said the same thing like it smells and looks so nice. So because of that they have gained a new customer. However the person in charge the one who thinks they own the place but really doesn’t is very very rude and needs to be let go.

The Owner Cecilia, Ann, receptionist Julia are all amazing at Resort Nail Spa Burleson and staff are always accommodating me and my needs! The ambiance is beautiful and very clean Nail Spa. They all work hard here including the owners stepping in when needed and I’m appreciative for the services they offer!! They are wonderful and that’s why I will be a long time loyal customer! I want to say I’ve been going here since 2019 and I’m always pleased with the outstanding customer service I receive! I went in for an Organic pedicure today and it was busy, but the ladies are always professional, patient, and welcoming so I don’t mind waiting. I want to give a Bravo to

Awful service, Would never recommend again. I was popped with a nail file multiple times, and then had the grinder file pressed onto the back of my hand cause I moved. Was never spoken to, they also just walked away when I was done. I had to search for my own bag which was behind the chair. And wasn’t given my shoes. I left with 1 nail bleeding, and 2 toes. Was rushed and very aggressive. My arm/wrist were yanked several times. I paid, and left very upset over how I was treated.
