The nail tech did a terrible and painful job. She used the drill with a metal tip on a high power setting to take off my previous gel manicure. The old manicure was already peeling off and did not need a drill to remove them, acetone alone would’ve done the trick. The drill was turned up so high it was making my nail hot and became painful. She used the cuticle trimmers in such an aggressive manner it made me bleed and left my fingers red and sore. I asked her to make my nails round, which she did before painting, but then tried to shape them again once the polish was on. She filed my nail so hard it took a piece off my ring finger nail then she tried to do it to my middle finger as well. She filed so roughly it hurt my finger and I had to ask her to stop. She then tried to say she was making them round for me like I had asked. I wanted to walk away as soon as I sat down, but I, regretfully, tried to trust the process. She did not fill my entire nail with polish and I had to ask for a third coat since two wasn’t enough for the color I chose. The three coats did not come out evenly. And the tips of my nails were left rough and uneven. I tried to tell the manager when I went to pay but the tech followed me up there. He offered to have someone else do my nails, but with a piece of nail gone and the throbbing pain of my cuticles, all I wanted to do was leave. I hate having to leave a bad review, but I have to be honest.

I chose to try this place out based on the other reviews. Yea, they are friendly and it’s a pretty salon. However, they are not transparent about their prices even though they are clearly stated on the menu board at the front. Somehow they found a way to up-charge me an absolute ridiculous amount. I’m not talking $5 or $10. My 8 yo old daughter got dip powder with colored French and they charged me $100 for her alone. That was on one day and I decided to give them another chance a week later for my own nails- I got top with dip and gold colored French style. They charged me $80- which was a huge leap from the $55 that is quoted on their menu. They didn’t communicate either time of the up-charges until it was time to pay and couldn’t really explain HOW it got so high to begin with. As I was trying to understand this and ultimately ended up paying it- the lady walking in told me she too had stopped going here because of the dishonest price scheming but was about to give it another chance due to her location. She ended up leaving with me and recommended a new salon to me that I will definitely be trying out. THIS PLACE WILL ROB YOU- moral of the story.

Tried this place based on reviews but they really don’t do a good job. Ombre is so ugly after done. Sally is the technician that did my nails and she was trying to convince me that’s how it should look while it is clearly a poor job. On top of this she cut me. This is an expensive nail salon but they really are not worth the money. Would not recommend this place. Will now need to undo this mess and get them done again from a nail salon who clearly understands what ombre would look like. If there is an option I would give 0 stars. Polish on my toes says it all about the pedicure.

I love Resort Nails! Brian is meticulous and provides a fantastic pedicure with massage. Linda has always been my go-to girl for nails and brow waxing. The new manager was a bit frazzled by the appearance of more customers and he rushed us a bit. I prefer to come on a weekday for a more relaxing experience.

This was my first time in and I had a great experience. Tom did a fantastic job on my nails and was very nice. He was also upfront in pricing and let me know when something I requested would cost more. The facility was clean and the manager checked on me a couple of times.
