I went to get my nails done for a trip that i was going on 2 days after i went. I got dip powder and tips. 3 days after i got my nails, my first day on vacation, 2 of them broke off of my nail and one was just chipped on the tip. i wasn’t doing anything that would have applied too much pressure to the nails they just simply broke off. a couple days later the gel she used for the colored french tip peeled off from my thumb and my pointer finger nail broke off when i was taking out my retainer. when they broke off it didn’t even hurt and normally if nails break off it should hurt really bad. i don’t know it the glue she used was bad or if she didn’t use enough but i spent 58 dollars just for my nails to last 3 days. not too happy about it.

Pedicure was awesome by Anna. You get your money’s worth. The place is big on the inside and they were packed. Complimentary drink was a nice touch too. Great service friendly too. Very clean, will be back . Oh and the massage chairs are incredible. Relaxing visit.

I have been going here for about 2years and used to love them! However, sadly they have gotten so big/popular that they are now just rushing through customers to get more customers! I haven’t been super happy with my nails the last 3 times I went! This last time my nails didn’t turn out like I wanted them too and they were super thick. My feet didn’t match my nails at all, even though I asked for it to match! Pink and red is a pretty big difference! So today I decided to try a different place and absolutely loved it!

Excellent customer service as soon as you walk in. They promptly had me pick a color for my Pedi & offered me a beverage of my choice. Whenever they walked away to get more products for my Pedi, she made sure to let me know that she’ll be right back. She was very attentive and did not use a timer like some other shops. I feel so rush when they use a timer and constantly check it. The shop was clean and we’ll ventilated. Definitely will be returning.
