I have been visiting this salon for about three months and I am so happy with the service. Megan always does my nails. She is a shaping QUEEN. She is extremely knowledgeable and talented. She always remembers my name, colors and what shape I like. Tom does my pedicures and is amazing as well!! Resort lives up to the name because I really can relax here knowing my nails are going to look awesome while I nap in a massage chair. Very friendly and prompt staff. Love it here!

She is very detailed oriented and careful with my nails. Lan is both an amazing and sweet nail tech and she impresses me on every nail designs she does! I received a pedicure with a lovely shoulder massage before work and they took their time and made sure I received everything I asked for. I’m definitely recommending to my family and friends!!!! My 9 year old daughter and I went into the nail salon for manicures with regular polish. The girl at the front seemed annoyed after she tried to get me to change to gel polish. She even had the nerve to ask my daughter how old she was before I could, as if myself the parent couldn’t give that information. The way she did it was so shady! I kept my cool cause we were in a rush, mostly cause my baby girl was there. My daughter then told her, twice her ring was pretty and she ignored her! Until I made her aware that her ignoring my child was not cool. She tried to laugh it off as if she didn’t hear my baby. But she could hear exactly what the nail tech was saying UNDERNEATH HER BREATH BASICALLY WHISPERING. I had to ask for something to drink. But when the white women come in, they were greeted, sat down, and ask if they were thirsty. Even called out names of drinks they had. This is my 2nd time coming into this salon, the 1st time I was alone but the same thing happened with the drinks! Racism is real even from minorities. DO BETTER!!! I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!! ✊ ✊ ✊

Went in for a pedicure. Was told I had an ingrown toenail and they cut it really deep. I bleed for a majority of the appointment. I paid extra for more than your basic pedicure the massage was half hearted barley done. Was not left satisfied and I now have an infection in my toe that is extremely painful. Not sure that their equipment is very sanitary. Nice people but wouldn’t recommend.

I just moved to the area about six months ago so had to find a new nail place. I had been going here until yesterday. As I was getting my pedicure the salon manager comes up to me and tells me that I wasn’t charged properly the last time I was there with my daughter and I owed them around $100! I started looking at my transaction history and found the transactions on my statement. As I’m checking out with the lady that did my pedicure she begins to say that the additional charge was going to be on my bill. I asked her what it was for because I found the charges on my account. The salon manager sees us talking and comes to the counter and says I already told you!! First of all I’ve had two strokes with the last in 2015 being a massive ruptured aneurysm so even if you had told me I probably already forgot what you told me an hour ago!! Secondly my phone number was on the checkin slip so why hadn’t you called me if that was the case??
