Was super disappointed as I haven’t gotten my nails done in over a year . And this was suppose to be a treat for myself.. The First Lady did a decent job (I wish I had her name so I could give her credit) but my nails were just too long to function , even after asking for them to be shortened . I did go back to the salon half a hour after and asked if they could be shorted a bit more and had mentioned I loved the shape and look just wanted them a bit shorter , unfortunately the First Lady wasn’t there anymore , but my nails look like a absolute hack job now. They are super thick from the base all the way to the tip , my nail underneath is peeling apart from the acrylic tip , and the gel layer on top is bubbly under the surface. I felt like they were just trying to rush me out …. But still managed to ask for an second tip when I went into have them shorted . They were friendly but just didn’t pay attention to detail which is unfortunate for someoone paying for new set of nails .

My sister and I got our nails done together and loved it! We went to Vicky who is really sweet and did an amazing job! She always made sure we were comfortable and made sure we liked our nails. I also am picky, so if I didn’t like something I would communicate that with her immediately before she continued. I was very clear with what i wanted, even to the color and shape of the design. She didn’t rush, which i appreciated and took her time to make sure our entire experience was enjoyable. I wasn’t sure what shape to get, and she gave me her opinions but always reminded me it doesn’t matter what other people think, its what i wanted. It was really thoughtful. She did one nail coffin and the other almond to show me which would look better on my hand. I was hesitant to get and almond shape because most people who do it make it look thick, but i think she did an amazing job! I’ve gotten a lot of compliments and I’m in love with my nails!!

I paid top dollar for my salon services then gave cash tips. And, disappointed with both because the Manager continued to circle around the Employees making them nervous; so therefore, the Employees were in a hurry to finish my services. I noticed if they “dipped” a brush in solution, the brush will be used to coat 3 or 4 nails using less product. My service was on Thursday, June 16, 2022. Saturday, 2 – nails were broken and 2 – chipped. I called the Manager “twice” about these issues. Today, Monday, June 20, 2022, I returned to the Salon to get this resolved. I asked the Manager, Amy for a refund, showed her my receipt and how lousy my nails looked. She said, no refund because I had the service; but, could repair the nails. I settled for a repair and left. Until this business delivery services for the client improves, consider to avoid this location. I am saying if you decide to come to this location always keep your “receipt” knowing you can’t get a refund. Today, I lost 3 to 4 hours of my personal time to revisit the Resort Nail Salon that closely monitors Staff Employees and in turn the Client knows something is wrong. This impacts how the Employee applies products and how they work in giving you services you have paid for. Again, avoid this location until improvements are made. See attached receipt.-m

The best nail techs here are Becky, Vicky, and lisa. My sets that i usually get are gel full sets which starts at $50. I usually get them long which is and extra $5 and then i get a coffin shape, which is another $5 i usually pay around $60-$70 depending on if i get a design or anything like that.

I used to love going here for my nails and pedis! The inconsistency is driving me away! I just got this done an hour ago and these ridges and bumps are unacceptable! I am being charged every time I go for coffin shape even though I walk in with coffin shape each time, I am having to confront them about the charge all the time!!! I am going to have to find me another location, sadly the convenience of close to home isn’t worth the money I am paying!!! Very unhappy and I still keep giving them “one more shot”!

I went in to get my toes and a full acrylic set. I signed everything on the sheet of what I wanted and showed the lady doing my nails the design which was simple lines on my nails. She said she can only do the nail art in gel and that it was going to be extra. I agreed. However, she never mentioned my nail art was going to be $20 extra! I got the bill for over $100 which I paid. When I left, I noticed my thumb nails were two different lengths. I called back to see if I can get them fixed and I was told “No we don’t fix them” on the phone. I called back another day to get a partial refund for my nails and was told they don’t do refunds. So I paid over $100 for some jacked nails and horrible customer service when trying to resolve the issue before seeking a refund. Would recommend that if you go, ask the extra fee of everything they do or ask if you want. They might even be sneaky enough to charge you for water.

My nail started to lift just before a week of having them and the person I had did not fill in the white well and the design was not executed the way I wanted it. Before he started filling, my index finger on my right hand began to burn! I have never in my life of going to a nail salon having my finger burn. It was just horrible. On top of that they didn’t give me a refund.

Ruby and Ayby is the lady that did my nails and looked a bit crooked and on top of that, they cut my finger. I told the lady about it and she just said oh ok. Hi, I’m definitely out of that place. I went the day before Christmas to have a broken nail fixed, they fixed it but one day after Christmas another one fell off. I paid a total of 65.00 dollars for a bad job. They did on purpose because they speak their language among themselves, because one will understand what they are saying And not only me, my daughter had one repaired the same day as me and what a coincidence it also fell off. I do not recommend that place I paid 150.00 for both
