This was my first time here. They were amazing!! They took their time and really treated me and my sister well. My nails are perfect I’ve been searching to find the perfect nail salon and I’m so glad we found this place. 10/10 would recommend to anyone searching for a great nail salon!!

I had Cindy do my nails yesterday and I can’t get over what a beautiful job she did! I had a cuticle trim and then dip powder done. My nails are the best they’ve ever looked and I feel so beautiful with them. Cindy was careful and thorough and I highly recommend her. She made sure I liked them almost every step of the way which I appreciate because I like my nails on the shorter side.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityWhen Resort Nails first opened they were fantastic, warm and welcoming. I had a few bad experiences and decided to give a 3 star review and stopped going. I decided to give them another chance today and I seriously regret it. Take your business elsewhere! The gentlemen that did my nails was rude and continuously talked down to me. The female owner was cold while doing my eyebrows; an unwelcome feeling. I also asked her not to tweeze or cut them. Thank goodness I opened my eyes when I did because she had the scissors in hand. This place is all about the money and not about customer service. It’s sad because it’s such a cute place with a ton of potential.Officially never going back! I had the pleasure of getting a wonderful pedi from Marisol today. She is new there, and did an excellent job. She was friendly and professional. I usually just watch something on my phone while I get a pedicure, but today I really enjoyed our conversation. It was just like girl time with one of my friends. She made it a warm and relaxing time. Thanks!!!

Today was probably my fifth or sixth visit to this establishment. The atmosphere is very frosty here. I’ve never been treated in a warm and welcoming manner but at least I was cordially greeted. Until today. There is a short, young man with glasses who was very rude and seemed almost angry when I (and some others) came in for services. He actually tried to dissuade one woman who came in directly behind me from staying because the wait would be long. They weren’t overly busy but apparently had only two staff members that could service customers wanting powder dip. That’s what he said. He was sweet as pie to the young, pretty customers. Noticeably, and overly so. I waited an hour and there were four people who came in after me who were seen before me and they all wanted powder dip services. I used that hour to research other nail salons. I found one, called, and was seen as soon as I arrived. THEIR reviews not only raved about the exceptional results received, but also how kind, warm, friendly, and accommodating their staff is. They lived up to those glowing reviews. I will no longer use Resort Nail Bar.

Ive tried every nail salon in Roanoke and the surrounding cities. Resort Nail is by FAR the best one around! Professional, classy and consistent. The atmosphere is right on target. The music is up to date. The service is 10/10. Ive been coming here for over a year and each time my experience is great!!! Cannot recommend this place enough.

Did not have a good experience. Last time I was in was great, got a pedicure and gel manicure. Came back a month later to get the gel removed and just a regular manicure. The one that normally does the front desk was doing my nails because it was “easy”. Turns out she was trying to do the job of three people. She stopped to answer the phones, check people out, then finally wax someone’s eyebrows. Needless to say, what was supposed to be 20 minutes was an hour and a half and I didn’t even have color yet. She tried to tell me the eyebrow person was before me, etc. I was fine, I just wanted to go, but I ended up just saying if she had clear nail polish, that would be great, no massage or extra stuff, I just need to go. Apparently she put some sort of clear gel instead of regular polish, and now a week later my nails look gross and brown and regular nail polish remover won’t get it off.
