Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueErin has been cutting my hair for over 15 yrs.! Needless to say, I highly recommend his work. Erin makes you feel welcome when you go in his shop. He listens to your requests, consults if you have questions, always has your needs in mind. If I see something that is out of line later that day, Erin is good about making it right. Erin is a good conversationalist and I’ve enjoyed our conversations about a range of topics. I appreciate that he doesn’t talk about folks or tear down other businesses. I also appreciate that Erin doesn’t let the fellas get too “far out of hand” when this “old lady” is in the shop- he keeps it respectful while they still enjoy carrying on like in an old school barber shop.Erin has been cutting my hair for over 15 yrs.! Erin has been cutting my hair for over 15 yrs.! Needless to say, I highly recommend his work. Erin makes you feel welcome when you go in his shop. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueWe have been using Resilient Hair Designs to cut our 2 boys hair; and for the most part they have done a decent job.I wouldn’t say it is child friendly. But it is a black owned barbershop !On another note- I am extremely disappointed my husband and I just called them; and the IWBER (AARON) answers the phone, very rude and professional. Asks if they cut locs off he says: yup. And lots of short answers. Then when asked what is the process, how much, and what is included? He had the nerve to tell and said “YOOO D” (Debo) This guy wants to know what you do to cut off locs or something in that order. He ended up getting on the phone; very rude. When asked to repeat since he was breaking in and out he caught was upset. Furthermore, I told my husband just to hang up. We will look elsewhere. Disappointed in them.
