This place is always empty and the girls are sitting around idle all the time. However, when you go in and get an eyebrow treatment, it takes them maybe less than a minute. They work like they are too busy to take time for your eyebrows, but they are not because there is nobody in the store waiting. They rush the treatment and are not thorough at all. The lighting in that place is very bad too, you can barely see what they did. They charge you $ 10 for less than a minute and send you home with a lot of hair that they missed to remove. Both times I was there, I went home and realized that there were still a bunch hair that they missed. I have been to many places, but this one is simply bad and too expensive on top of that.

Been going there for months, and unless Mendhi is there, don’t go!! I have been cut and missed hairs consistently by the others. Worst was last night someone else waxed my face. Now I have a burn and two inch mark on my chin!! That women should never wax again and I recommend others don’t go.

Threading in the UK is so much better!! I have been searching for a decent threading salon since moving back to NY and still searching …. Reshma was good, I liked it and will probably return because it is a good location for me, but ideally I would like to find a threading practitioner who will define my eyebrows the way the ‘ladies’ in Cardiff do 🙂
