I had a challenge for Mike to remove really stubborn red coloring another stylist at a different salon had applied, and even out my balayage. I had a welcoming and kind approach from everyone I interacted with. Mike and his team put in so much effort to leave me looking fierce and really cared that I left loving my hair. Also, the ladies who shampoo your hair give you such a nice massage; I almost fell asleep. Love the work that Mike did and the compassion they had to help me with a problem. I loved my experience at Resh! I had a challenge for Mike to remove really stubborn red coloring another stylist at a different salon had applied, and even out my balayage. I had a welcoming and kind approach from everyone I interacted with. Mike and his team put in so much effort to leave me looking fierce and really cared that I left loving my hair. Positive: ProfessionalismFIRST TIME CUSTOMEREven before entering the establishment, I was impressived with the professionalism of the receptionist & owner.When I did arrive to my appt, the receptionist made me feel like Iv been there before & she was just welcoming me back.I was concerned about getting my hair done during the pandemic & the co-owner called & left me a voicemail message that left me feeling safe & not cancel my appointment.My shampooist, Shakayia, did an amazing job of washing, conditioning & blow drying. She gave an amazing scalp stratch that my head needed after taking out my braids. Her attentiveness & conversation helped ease my nervousness.Tamina, my stylist, was friendly, funny & knowledgable. We chatted like we were high school buddies catching up. I will definitely be returning to her chair.HONESTLY, everyone was friendly. I walked into hellos, good mornings & how are you todays. The atmosphere was so friendly. FIRST TIME CUSTOMER

Critical: ProfessionalismMade an appointment for a virgin relaxer and a trim. The price was supposed to be 117. I called shortly after making the appointment to establish that 117 was the actual price and was told yes. Now I call today since my appointment is now tomorrow and was told it was almost 200 and they adding on all this extra stuff like styling and and straightening. I tell her I didn’t ask for none of that I just wanted the trim and relaxer and the site said just for THE TWO it’s 117, she gone say it’s still gonna be 130. Girl BYE. Very unprofessional. Should have told me that the first time I called a week ago. Made me feel like I can’t even trust this salon to go and get what I asked for without being taken advantage of. Not to mention I see there’s a no contact policy to where I don’t speak to the front desk when I get there they just take money off my card when it’s done.
