The reset lounge looks like a fantastic spot to come and relax. The nicely decorated entryway to the calming mood when you walk through the front all come together to put you at ease when you come here. The owners are very friendly and were happy to answer my questions about their facility. Everything was very clean and organized and it was nice to find out holistic treatments are available too. If you are looking for a place to come in and relax in Chagrin Falls then this is definitely where you should stop!

My experience at ReSet was wonderful! The environment is calming the instant you step into the space. I don’t relax easily and often have trouble sleeping, so the NuCalm treatment with zero-gravity and headphones was a delight. I also did the compression massage chair, which made it feel like I was walking on air. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, I will definitely return for more!
