The lovely woman up front greets you when you enter.. The salon location is safe and easy to get to.They offer many services from facials to nails to hair care of all hair textures. Anything you need can be found at the Reserve. Highly recommended for its multi- array of services and it’s friendly safe environment. This review is mainly for Sony! I met her by chance at the boutique near the salon, and I asked her about possibly getting a perm. She looked at my hair and set an appointment for me right then and there, and texted me her information (plus a reminder the day before my appointment). The salon was very clean, and she did a fantastic job! She was kind through the whole experience and ensured I was comfortable every few minutes and as I transitioned from the sink to the barber chair. I had been nervous going into it because it was my first perm, but it came out so great! I feel like a rockstar, and I’ve gotten compliments from everyone – neighbors, friends, and coworkers. She’s really terrific, and I’m definitely doing it again – with Sony, of course!

I like this place. I get my hair cut here once a month. They are friendly and good customer care. They are very experienced and if you give them a chance to learn how you like your hair cut, they will become very skilled at cutting and styling it better than you could have imaged for yourself.
