Rescue Spa’s new site is spectacular! Ethereal, classic, breathtaking, sophisticated. Their staff remains 5 star in every way and Emily worked magic on my skin with a calming relaxing, cleansing facial. I left there with not only beautiful skin but feeling utterly pampered!

I have had multiple facials with Greta now and I would HIGHLY recommend Rescue Spa. I’m very impressed with the care put into the service provided by Greta and Rescue Spa more broadly. Greta is so knowledgeable. What impressed me most is that she recommended I talk to a dermatologist about my dry skin patches, which has NOT been my usual experience when I get facials. (I have a derm I see to deal with some of my skin issues already.) Her professionalism and expertise is outstanding. The staff at Rescue Spa is very friendly and welcoming. This is IMO the best place for a facial in Philly. I highly recommend!

I wasn’t sure how this experience was going to be as it was my first time. I had the BEST massage ever with Caroline. She listened to my needs and her hands were magic. I left feeling like I was floating on a cloud. Gabrielle did my facial and my skin looked so amazing after. It was the skin reset I needed. I started a new skin care routine and needed a fresh start. Overall my experience was wonderful and i’ll be returning.

First off not a relaxing atmosphere at all. The waiting room is literally like waiting at a doctors office. No relaxing music, no robes, no water with lemon or cucumber. No changing room to store your things or allow you to get done up for the rest of the day spent in the city. They give you a very tiny bottle of room temperature water. Cheap brand. My massage table was not even warm. They played rap during my facial only for five minutes but really. Facial expert told me nothing about my skin or gave me recommendations to products. Had much better facials where after my skin glowed that’s what I like as a result of a good facial. My poor friend waited for me during my entire facial and massage experience until she had to ask about her massage. They then tell her after hours of waiting we don’t know what happened to your reservation. Totally not ok as we should of been told that from the upon check in. I would of never had my friend wait that long or at least offered my massage to her. They did nothing to compensate this entire inconvenience. I’ve had thousands of massages, been to thousands of spas and had way better service for $100 bucks. I wanted a relaxing day for my girlfriends and the whole experience was not up to par for what you pay.

The space is gorgeous, clean, and spacious. The staff was friendly, helpful, and generous. I loved my massage and my facial. The esthetician who did my facial was Emily and she was so helpful with recommendations for my skin and what to add to my daily routine. I will most definitely be back for more treatments. Thank you Rescue Spa!

This trusted establishment’s new location and beautifully designed space has elevated an already luxurious experience to a whole new level. The products, which are for sale on the first floor and utilized during services, are a well curated highly coveted collection of the best available any where. The same can be said regarding the incredible staff.

The facility itself, the massage therapists, and the estheticians are great. I received one of the best massages and facials I have ever gotten. The spa was brand new, clean, and decorated nicely. However, when I first walked in I was shown a room where you could sit in a sauna, or shower and change after your services. When my 2 services were completed, I was brought to one of the general use bathrooms to change and was told there wasn’t a shower I could use to wash off massage oil before putting my clothes back on. When you’re spending hundreds of dollars on expensive spa services, access to sauna and shower should be included. I get those at a gym for far less money. Also, between my massage and facial I had to sit in a robe in the general waiting area, where fully clothed patrons were waiting to start their service, and I thought that was a bit bizarre.

Besides the rant my esthetician went on about racial purity and how much poor people suck, my facial went great and my skin looked fantastic for the next several days onward. Not to mention the purchase of the Lotion P50 and the little serum that smells like soy sauce really helped maintain my post-facial glow wish they would a spa in Europe and other parts of the U.S.

Lured me into wasting literal thousands of dollars on treatments and “elite” BR products that did absolutely nothing but DESTROY my skin barrier. If you have any actual skin concerns, do yourself a favor and skip this place entirely and go directly to a dermatologist. Not to mention one of the “laser techs” took it upon herself to zap a “blemish” she saw on my chest during treatment. I have an olive complexion, and anyone who is actually knowledgeable about skin types would know that that marking was not a blemish. I now have a nasty scar there from her violently zapping it with absolutely no conducting or numbing cream. This place is a joke. Do not be fooled by the dim lighting and expensive products shelved.
