I have had really nice experiences at RenuYou but my appointments with Jodi have been absolutely wonderful. Not only is she great at her job and have years of experience, but she goes out of her way to make each person feel comfortable. I started kybella with her and the process seemed a little daunting but she talked me through every step and gave me her number in case I had questions. She even checked up on me after a few weeks to see if everything was healing well. Jodi goes beyond just doing her job and you couldn’t ask for more capable hands.

I’ve never ran home faster to leave a review. First of all, the facility is VERY clean, chic, and welcoming. Every staff member I talked to was soooo friendly. Now to the best part.. KIMBERLY!!! She did my lip fillers and she was an angel. I get nervous around needles but she did amazing and I didn’t have a drop of anxiety. My lips look amazing, I’m hooked, I can’t wait to come back, and I even have my mom (from out of town) sold on going.

Jodi performed a Morpheaus treatment on my face/neck/chest and she did an absolute amazing job! She took the extra time to make sure the procedure was done thoroughly! She had extensive knowledge about service and her technique was well refined. Finally, she was extremely kind and accommodating!

Went for a hydra facial. There is absolutely zero “spa” experience about this place. I felt like I was sitting in a dentist chair. The woman who did my facial had minimal things to say about my skin, there was no education. For someone who’s had probably 5 hydrafacials, this was by far the worst. It lasted 15 minutes, compared to others where they last around 45. Nothing relaxing about this place. No wonder it was empty when I got there. The front desk lady didn’t even look up when I walked in. I was also supposed to receive a 15% discount on my first service and that did not occur. Beyond disappointed.

This was my first time here and I was very pleased with the whole experience. I’ve been wanting lip fillers for a while and decided to make the impulse decision to schedule an appointment. I wanted to get in as soon as I could, and I saw online Ames had an opening for the next day, I called the office just to confirm that appointment was available since I would be traveling from Des Moines. I accidentally called the Ankeny location, but the girl that I spoke with was incredibly helpful and was able to get me scheduled in Ames for the next day. Rena did my injections and she was wonderful, she went through all the options with the different Juvederm products to help me determine which product would be best to get the end results I wanted. I left my appointment very happy, and will definitely be back in the future.
