Bought a groupon for Botox ( I know) and then purchased a filler for under eyes. I have had it before elsewhere and I loved it. Well now my right eye looks like I got punched and its been a week. Its noticeable to others. I am super not happy. Hopefully I can have it fixed. Also they come at you everywhere to buy packages BOTOX treatments

When it was time for my treatment the specialist listened to my concerns and explained to me what went wrong in a previous bad experience (else where). Everything about this place is great. Their cleanliness, how well they are abiding by social distancing guidelines. The staff was so respectful and nice. Roxy is sweetheart and so welcoming. I visited ReNuMe Med Spa for the 1st time today. I have to honestly say, that from my initial conversation with Lala about products and treatments to setting up an appointment, was very straight forward and simple. The office is easy to find and in a nice business center in Woodland Hills, plenty of parking. The office is inviting, clean and I was greeted with smiles and hello’s from every person standing behind the counter. Suki was pretty amazing and very good at what he does. He is gentle, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process and I am happy with my results walking out. I can’t wait to see when swelling goes down. I would definitely come here again and will also be bringing family back with me and referring anyone that brings up any spa treatments….as this is a wonderful place to come to. Thank you for everything!

Came in for a first time ever for half syringe under eye, I was talked to get a full, maybe even 2. I was not prepared I spend double but they talked me into it . Doctor is great, steady hand. But I believe that she has extra or maybe I didn’t need full syringe so now I have bump under me right eye. It’s been a week and I still have bruises under both eyes and bump under right eye. I would never come back and wound not recommend.
