Critical: CommunicationI got a deal off of Groupon and I tried to call for 2 months without a response. I had to contact Groupon Customer Service who gave me a number to text to make an appointment. I texted them and it took 3 days for them to respond. FINALLY got an appointment set up, I traveled 40 minutes, and I show up and the office is locked and no lights on. No one responded to the office phone and the number I was texting blocked me. My appt was for 9am. At 9.20, she is a no show and not answering her phone. This is after confirming last night. She only responds 40% of the time. Unfortunately, I purchased sessions last time I was here.
