Called and booked an appointment with the person I spoke to over the phone, who seemed to be knowledgeable.( I can’t remember her name) Showed up for my appointment and was told I would be having my appointment with someone else when I got there. I had my appointment with Page who stated she is the manager. I will not be returning. Page was condescending and unprofessional calling me honey and sweetie instead of my name. I’m 56 years old and don’t appreciate a young girl calling me these things in a professional setting. In addition, she had no clue anything about the removal process other than the obvious, the machine is attracted to color and will zap where there is colored ink and other useless babble. I want to know where the ink dissolves etc and she did not have the slightest clue. I would strongly recommend being treated by an actual professional.

I am speechless at the kindness, quality of care, and respect I have been given here by Paige, Chrissie, and Julie! My first appointment was for a PCA chemical peel which was done by Chrissie. She greeted me with a huge smile and offered me all of the new patient discounts possible! Throughout the facial, she made sure every minute or so that I wasn’t experiencing any pain and that I was comfortable. I can tell that she was genuinely concerned throughout the entire process. She answered all of my questions patiently and we even shared some laughs throughout the procedure. I also want to mention that she truly went above and beyond for me, even throughout our phone calls prior to the appointment to accommodate an appointment that worked best for me around my work schedule and explain the peel. My next appointment was for micro-needling with PRP which is when I met Paige and Rene. I can’t emphasize enough how sweet both Paige and Rene are! They really are the best in town! Prior to the appointment, I had called in with several questions about the procedure which Paige answered enthusiastically and in great detail!! I was worried & stressed for days since it is a bit of an invasive procedure but I felt so much better after listening to her reassure me and explain exactly what would happen as well as the possible side effects. She is very educated in skincare and I felt 100% safe in her hands. I also want to mention that she was very smooth and precise when micro-needling my face and targeted the areas where my deepest scars were, making sure to avoid any active breakouts. This attention to detail is especially important to me since I already had a poor experience at a different medical spa in the past where they micro-needled over some pimples and spread the bacteria all over my face. Instead, here at Renu, Paige made sure I was aware of every step along the way and exactly what was being done to my face- from the cleansing to the numbing, needling, and PRP application. After my appointment, they gave me clear after-care instructions and followed up on my treatment plan based on my skin concerns. please don’t think twice before coming here. I am so thankful for the treatment I have received thus far and I am confident that their recommendations will finally heal my skin and help me regain my confidence.

I’ve been coming here for laser hair removal for years and the whole staff is very accommodating! Jessica is really thorough during treatment and always fun to talk to. She even makes the treatment as painless as possible by checking in frequently throughout to make sure you’re doing okay. Overall, very professional and would definitely recommend to anyone seeking any type of cosmetic treatment.

Jessica is WONDERFUL! She was very informative and knowledgeable, as it was my first time receiving any kind of laser hair removal, and tattoo removal services. Her confidence and ability to answer all of my questions to the fullest extent, made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease about my treatment. My results have been great!! Jessica made me feel very comfortable during my first laser hair removal experience, which was absolutely amazing! I plan to recommend this place to absolutely anyone and everyone I know. They have very good prices and while I was told laser hair removal “hurts”, there was very little to no pain! If you’re looking to get this done, I HIGHLY recommend you go to Renu Medspa and ask for Jessica!!

Terrible! Charge too much for a cancellation fee. I’m very disappointed with my supposedly first treatment with this spa. My treatment was scheduled on Monday but since they had a flooding issue that day, they called and rescheduled it to a later day of the week. On the day of my rescheduled treatment I called to let them know that I will be a little late but was told that they cannot accommodate me anymore and had to reschedule it with a $50 fee! I ask if they could reschedule it without charging me since I was literally 10 minutes away but they said I had to pay the amount regardless. You folks could have rescheduled it without charging me knowing well that you initially changed the date of my original treatment. It seems okay and very normal for them to change your appointment when something unexpectedly happen to their spa and charge you for being late and rescheduling it but you can’t expect the same from them when it’s you that has something unexpectedly happened. I’ve been to other spas and clinics and by far this is the worst one for customer service and with charging fees!! Ridiculous!

If i could give more than 5 stars I would! I went in for my first micro-needling treatment and absolutely loved it. Jessica was very informative & thorough in what to expect & do’s/don’ts. She was very professional and was there to greet me when I walked in. Everything was set up prior to my visit it seemed because I was taken right back into the room & right away she explained what she would be doing which I very much appreciated as I like to know what to expect. The customer service was spectacular and booking was so easy. I loved my results and am booking my next 2 sessions. Candace and Kendra I’ve had work done by as well and they are equally as informative and so knowledgeable. The entire staff is courteous and so gentle w/ all the services I’ve gotten. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking! My friends and family are already booking appts to go as well.
