Renu helped me lose that baby weight! I reached my goal (30lbs) and went far past it. Total weight loss in 4 months of 50lbs! I did their HCG diet combined with the Lifestyle program. I have kept it off for over 6 months and went back to try to lose another 10lbs using the same program. Nicole is a great coach, very responsive and available. My mother in law also went with me to Renu and has lost over 30lbs with their Lifestyle program alone. Easiest program I have ever done and I did it while trying to juggle 1 year old twins and a 3 year old. Can’t recommend them enough.
