I am very upset with the way I was treated. My technician got wax in my hair and had no remorse for what she did. She told me just to wash my hair despite the fact that wax and water repeal each other. It took me an hour and half process to remove the wax from my hair and she charged me full price and asked for a tip. I was appalled. On top of that she forgot to wax many areas and left hair on my arms.

I would give this place a negative 10 if I could! This place is horrible. I went here today because I had no choice and I absolutely regret it. I clearly in English told the lady not to thin my eyebrows just clean it and she did the opposite. Thinned them and left so many little hairs everywhere. They aren’t the same shape or length anymore. Then she waxed my arms and left wax EVERYWHERE and did such a patchy job. She missed so many places. I had wax on my clothes! Not to mention this place is soooooooo dirty. She put this DIRTY stained towel on my clothes while she was waxing. She doesn’t throw out the thread after using it on people which is beyond gross to me. On top of that their credit card machine doesn’t work. Lastly, this place is VERY expensive…I did my arms, underarms and face which cost $85. I usually go to queens and do ALL of that for $50. The price is not justified. I wouldn’t have mind paying $85 if she did a good job. I had to wash all my clothes including jacket because she got wax everywhere. Now thanks to her incompetence it will take me months to grow out my eyebrows. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. AVOID THIS PLACE. DO NOT GO THERE, NOT EVEN IF YOU ARE DESPERATE. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE WORK.

My daughter got her eyebrows done by this very sweet lady, she explained the process to my daughter and how it might feel uncomfortable. I really liked how she kept asking my daughter if she wanted to take a brake ect. The eyebrows were so nicely done and perfect for her eye-shape. Will be coming back again soon. Eyebrow shaping

Please be careful when using this salon when getting lashes. Went there on Monday November 21,2022 to get lashes and it turned into a nightmare . I’m no sure of what kind of glue they use or if they clean the utensils used for lashes but I ended up going to urgent care because of the amount of discharge forming eyes. I’m being treated for pink eye and hope that’s all it is. Won’t be going back. Go to professionals if you can.

I used this service x2 since conveniently located close to the building I live at. The lady that owns the place is extremely rude and does a very poor job with eyebrows threading. Yes she knows to threat but seriously threads most of the eyebrow and asymmetrical. She moves the head of her customers forcefully and claims to have experience. This place use to be one of my favorites until this evening. I came in around 4-5pm, mind you it was empty. I asked the lady to shape my eyebrows by threading them. My eyebrows originally were full and hairy. She left my eyebrows half skinny from what it use to be. It took me 6 months to grow them out because of previous location that I USE to get my eyebrows WAXED.
