Absolutely not professional at all. Knots are still there, the strength was way too soft. I gave a fair tip $8 for what she performed. Then the lady asked for $20 tips for just $60 session. You don’t ask the customer to pay how much tip they want to pay. Overall, I REGRET to give a try for not listening to google rate. There are always some reasons why the rate is low. Please don’t waste your time here.

Positive: QualityWent there for the first time this week and I found the massage to be just excellent. They worked out tension in my back and shoulders and very very good with communications on pressure levels and providing just the right touch.The place was clean, and quite, and I easily was given a full hour massage at a reasonable price. I’m giving this place a 2-star review instead of just 1 star because I actually received a good massage there… once!! It all depends on the masseuse you get I suppose. One out of three massages was good and the other two were mediocre, as the masseuse did not focus on the area I asked for and simply repeated the same motion for the whole length of the massage. Now good massage or not, once you’re done and you’re about to pay, they really do shame you into tipping. On a one hour massage, I tipped $10, and the lady gave me a big frown and asked for more. On a half hour massage, which was terrible mind you, I still tipped $5, and the masseuse gave me flack for it, and said “too little too little” with an angry tone. It must be that they are really underpaid by the owner and as such have to resort to such behavior to make some money. That’s a sign of poor management.
