She was the sweetest person I have come across in a while and touched my heart just by the 2 sessions I had with her. my eye brows look natural and she was there for me to answer all questions during the healing process and I’m very happy I met her! on my way out I had a consultation with Rania for body sculpting for my mommy belly. She made me feel right at home with how caring she was and along with her daughter they gave me a package that I was able to afford and super excited to try! I’ve had my first few cool sculpting sessions and saw results two days later. i am also getting micro needling done for my stretch marks and skin. They have made me feel like family and for me having a more personal approach is comforting and means everything since I’m exposing my flaws, and I give the treatment and service a 5star! this place is also absolute stunning and feels luxurious!

While I was waiting I got a chance to meet the owner and she shared with me some of the services the Spa provides also the xmas special that was being offered. Very disappointing. I guess you should not go in for a basic ionic foot bath. Perhaps their specialty is more high end procedures. I scheduled an appointment and the tech person first off seemed a bit confused. When I arrived I was greeted and explained what I was there for and the lady there seemed a bit confused; I found out it was the same person who scheduled the appointment She takes me to the back and sits me in this very uncomfortable chair; which I am hoping I do not have to sit in the whole time. I then can hear her on the phone asking someone; besides the water what else does she need to put in the foot tub. I’m thinking—-oh no. After which she comes in the room and tries to put together the simple foot tub. She is now on FaceTime with an associate; but she is not understanding what to do. I proceed to assist; but then think I should just leave because I feel this experience may just get worse. I am disappointed first because I wasted my time, and my gas; and all of this could have been avoided if the person answering the phone would have said the tech that performs that service is not in today but we can gladly schedule you for another day. This is just a word of caution. I hope your experience is better
