Donna Jones was my beautician, she does a great job, great energy, professional UNTIL SHE WASN’T. I scheduled online, the day before my appointment she sends me a long text saying how she was being evicted from the salon, but was still willing to do my hair if I didn’t feel uncomfortable getting it done at The Nugget in a hotel room, which was fine with me. We set to meet up at 10 am the following morning. I get to the casino & text her 10:00 right & I get a msg back saying my number had been blocked.. like really you couldn’t send me a text saying I’m not able to make this happen today sorry for the inconvenience, you just block me! I do not recommend this unprofessional woman.. that’s a hard pass

I should have listened to the reviews. Do not book with Jessica. I made an appointment for my son for cornrows and Jessica confirmed this appointment. When we arrived at the salon for the scheduled appointment, no one was there. She has yet to respond to me and make it right. After reaching out to another employee there as an attempt to get ahold of Jessica, she said everyone works independently, but that Jessica is actually the owner. I am appalled and will never schedule with her again.

DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT HERE. I had booked an appointment for my son. Jessica cancelled at the last minute, by text. When I texted her back to reschedule, she did not respond. After waiting all day to hear back, I booked another one for two weeks later. This time, she cancelled 15 minutes before the appointment. My son had already ordered an Uber, and he had to pay for that anyway. I texted and called to see if something else could be arranged, and she again did not get back to me. Jessica, you have no business accepting appointments. This is appalling.

My wedding Anniversary is on my Birthday September the 19th which is why I wanted my hair done so I can be beautiful just want to feel good so I thought I would go to a professional this time I spent over 2 50 dollars and took the day off work so I could be there in the morning cause I needed my hair done my Anniversary is coming up few days later I take my bonnet off and try to brush my hair and I look in the mirror to see this ok I’m not upset I will just text her so I did she say she will be available at 5 30 pm to fix I say ok then she cancels saying she got called to work I can come in in the Am except her days off. Well I have a job too and I cannot take anymore time off work making it impossible for me to get it fixed it’s a holiday weekend and I am walking around looking like this after I paid 2 50 dollars and took the day off work
