I came into Renewed Kinetics with tense shoulders, lower back and neck pain after my long drive home from work. Not knowing exactly what to expect. The massage I receive from Amanda was absolutely amazing! She took her time massaging the areas on my shoulders, back and neck, relieving the knots and tenseness I’ve been carrying around. She took the time to explain what she was doing to relieve the pain and what small things I could to help to ease the stress. I’ve since been using the sample of her topical lotion to help relieve the pain I have in my hands. It has really helped!
