My head is still spinning from my appointment. I arrived 15 min early. Doctor made me wait 15min. That’s fine but she rushed thru my whole appointment in 8 minutes. As a new patient, I thought I would be permitted 15 minutes at least! Twice I had to call her back for the office door because she was ready to bolt before I was even done addressing my concerns. I took my 10 year old to this office because he kept picking at his mole and Google ratings for this office were good. The first visit that we had was very short and dr. concluded that it was a wart that had to be frozen off. We made two more appointments for dr. to freeze the “wart”. On the second appointment it was concluded that it was “maybe “ mole after all. So all together 3 visits, 2 uncomfortable visits due to freezing, 3 paid co-pays. They wanted me to bring him back for check up after third appointment. The mole is still there!
