I was here once before for knotless braids they were cute but also the wrong size I let it go and decided to give her another chance because I wanted to support a black owned business. I inquired about a cut and color $120 was the price I was completely fine with that . I go in today get the same weird vibes as the first time I thought nothing of it I was the last client I assumed she was tired . We verbally agreed to 3 INCHES off my hair my length prior was 27-29 inches . I even showed her how long I wanted to keep it . She did the first cut then handed me a mirror I wanted to cry immediately after seeing how short she cut it but it was too late ! She can’t glue my hair back so she continues to cut keep in mind I came in with face framing layers which I asked her to keep ! Instead I received a straight cut !!!! Now it’s time to dye my highlighted hair black I pay and leave . Yes I took my hair!! I stated how I did not like the cut etc she did not have any remorse or understanding! I come home see that not only is my hair not in layers it’s turning green and grey not any where near black ! So I message her with pictures etc and she is unprofessional and so rude through the messages not offering me any solution other then having my dad put asprin in my hair and toning it ! When that’s why I went to a stylist ! She is now offering a refund which I will accept but it does not fix what I went through at all !

very unprofessional my friend ask her to cut 3 inches off her hair and she cut 6inches+ , asked her for frame face layer and she gave her a straight cut and she wanted her hair jet black it came out green and she didn’t even try to be compassionate about it or give her any solutions did nothing but blame her and be very unprofessional would not recommend anyone to this business EVER !
