I am a licensed Esthetician in Kentucky and Indiana- and have an Indiana Nail Technician license as well. I received my Esthetician License from Ideal Beauty Academy in 2001 and Nail Technician license in 2002. I also have a Degree from Cosmo Casablanca in Make-Up Artistry obtained in 1985. I also keep up with new trends and procedures by taking extra classes and traveling to different cities, I have been to Northern Kentucky, Indianapolis and other places for classes and I will continue to travel to places to keep up with trends to cascade to my clients and keep them up to date. Today was my first appointment with Jill, and as a first-timer with a Brazilian Wax (and pregnant!). Booking was so easy! I was able to see her the following day for my visit. The very detailed directions to her place were excellent, and didn’t have any issues finding her building nor with parking either. My appointment started right on the time I scheduled it for, no waiting – that was a plus! Right off the bat, she greeted me with the most welcoming and friendly attitude into her beautifully decorated studio, that I felt I was going into Barbie’s glam room – very posh! I was excited to be there because I’ve gotten to the point in my pregnancy where I can’t shave “down there” anymore, at the same time I was also nervous because I didn’t really know what to expect pain-wise. Luckily, Jill was very personable and explained everything before starting the session, she made me feel as I’ve known her forever! She also talked to me over the course of the session which really helped during the most intense moments of the waxing, and overall the whole deal was very manageable especially having some good laughs in between with Jill while she was working on me. The session lasted about 20 minutes, or could’ve been less, easy peasy! I truly enjoyed my visit, and hands down – I will totally go back to Jill for all future waxes, she left me with baby smooth skin and feeling extremely satisfied with my first ever Brazilian Wax! I will not even bother checking anyone out in her industry because she gave me the best experience ever! She’s very professional, clean and a wonderful person all around with such great vibes! I couldn’t recommend her enough, she truly is the best!!!
